Return & Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for unused, prepaid sessions or programs are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you decide to terminate a program early, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining unused sessions, minus a processing fee.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Completed therapy sessions, customized assessments, and digital downloadable products (such as pre-recorded audio tracks or video modules) are strictly non-refundable once delivered or attended.

4. Processing Times

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
